BareConductive

UK-based BareConductive developed an ink to apply circuitry directly onto the body.

Founded by Isabel Lizardi, Roger Ashby, Matt Johnson, Rafat Malik, Bibi Nelson and Becky Pilditch, BareConductive LTD developed and currently produces the Bare Skin Safe Conductive Ink.

Bare is a non-toxic conductive ink, which allows the application of circuitry directly onto the body. This material allows users to interact with electronics through gesture, movement, and touch.

Application areas include dance, music, computer interfaces, communication and medical devices.

BareConductive took part in the Test_Lab: Intimate Interfaces on December 10, 2009.
