Frank Werner lives in Berlin and pursued higher education in Dance and Fine Arts. He received several prizes for video art including awards at the Filmfestival Milano, Saarlorlux Festival Saarbruecken among others.

With the V2_Lab, Las Familias - a gambling den was co-developed, and shown during Rotterdam's Museumnacht and the IFFR 2004.
