Jan Rothuizen (NL) is a visual artist whose work augments reality.

Jan Rothuizen's work has been shown at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, the Townhouse Gallery in Cairo and the New Museum in New York. He published, among others, On a clear day you can see forever (1999) and the novel In een pretpark tegenover de hemel (2005), and The Soft Atlas of Amsterdam (2009). His drawings appear regularly in Vrij Nederland, De Groene Amsterdammer and De Volkskrant.
Jan Rothuizen and Hein Wils will present the work realized for the Stedelijk ARtours project during the Test_Lab: Tools for ARt on December 16, 2010.
