Lina Dzuverovic-Russell is a cultural event organiser and artist working with new media, video and animation. Lina founded NoAltGirls in 1996. She is an independent curator and writer. She has worked for London based Mute Magazine, OVEN Digital, The Lux Centre, ICA and Pandaemonium Festival . She has worked for the Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Lux Centre in London and curated programmes and events for international festivals as well as the series Interference with The Wire Magazine, and Luxsquat with irational.org.
Previous projects include Interference.tv, luxsquat: irational.org at the Lux Gallery, Tech_nicks, Digital Salon and Emerging Technologies Exhibition for the Pandaemonium Festival. Lina writes on digital culture, net.art, music and her writing has appeared in Mute, The Wire and Res Magazine.
