Sandra Touw
Sandra Touw researched the way the Dutch Electronic Art Festival (DEAF) can be transformed and expanded into an independent platform and festival for and with eCulture partners in the Netherlands. Sandra also developed and coordinated the education program for DEAF 2012.
Sandra is an experienced project developer and adviser in the area of new media and art, with an emphasis on art-education. In the cross disciplinary projects she worked on, media technology always plays an important part. She is interested in the way media technology influences art, culture and society.
Sandra is also practicing art.
