The Media Week lasted from 1 till 9 November 1985 and consisted of a concert by Test Department (1/11); a video night with the film Decoder and video-installations by Alex Adriaansens and Koen Thijs (= Koen Theys) (6/11); a boat trip with video's by Cerith Wyn Evans, Derek Jarman and Daniel Landin (8/11); and a concert by Code Public plus a telephone concert form the GDR (9/11).
The slogan was "kennis, experiment, doel: constructie" (Art, experiment, goal: construction).
