AiR: Center for Genomic Gastronomy

Cathrine Kramer and Zack Denfeld of the Center for Genomic Gastronomy are artists in residence at V2_ in 2014.

From 21st October 2014 Cathrine Kramer and Zack Denfeld of the Center for Genomic Gastronomy will be at V2_ for an art & research residency. As the Center for Genomic Gastronomy they examine the biotechnologies and biodiversity of human food systems. Their mission is to map food controversies, to prototype alternative culinary futures, and to imagine a more just, biodiverse and beautiful food system. They previously presented their work at V2_ for instance at the Test_Lab Art Meat Flesh.
