Honorary Mention for Protei at Ars Electronica 2012
Protei, the project by Open Sailing, co-developed at V2_, received an Honorary Mention from 2012 Ars Electronica in the category "Hybrid Art".

While Protei's prototype 6.0 was exhibited in the DEAF2012 festival we got the news that the project received an Honorary Mention at Ars Electronica in the category "Hybrid Art". The Protei team is now in the process of deciding who of the crew will go to Austria in September to represent Protei at Ars Electronica 2012. In 2009 Open_Sailing won the [Next Nature] Golden Nica.
Also Irrational Computing by Ralf Baecker,
part of the DEAF2012 exhibition, is among the projects who received an
Honorary Mention.
