<p>Alex moved from Sweden to the Netherlands to attend an education on innovation, creativity and leadership. While in Rotterdam, he got in contact with V2_ through the "many interesting events on the cities of the future."</p>
<p>His main interests are idea generation and group dynamics: How can we work together to make a safer, more creative &amp; more sustainable future?</p>
<p>At V2_, Alex works in the production of bigger events, but sees also ample opportunity to explore his own creativity through side projects and the V2_ network.</p>

<p>A DJ since 1989, and involved in free parties and festivals in Europe, Richard then worked for Dogtroep. He had his own record label <em>House of Freaks</em>, which released three records.</p>
<p>He graduated as a sound engineer from Utrecht in 2008, because he decided he wanted to learn more about sound.</p>
<p>Aside from his work at the V2, which is to provide a stable platform for the <em>Unstable Media</em>, Richard does sound for modern dance, such as for Anouk van Dijk's <em>Stau</em>, or he does sound at <em>Arminius</em>.</p>

<p>Before providing a stable platform for the <em>Unstable Media</em>, Wilco - as an autodidact - did video work, installation with insects and gardens. He toured through the Benelux as a producer with the RO theater, Parade Festival and Jules Deelder, Herman Brood and Bart Chabot, and worked for Now&amp;Wow, and as IFFR projectionist.</p>
<p>Wilco studied Social Geography (Utrecht), Film and TV (Amsterdam), Cultural Sciences and Philosophy (Rotterdam). Wilco met V2_ by freelancing for&nbsp; DEAF03 and DEAF04.</p>

<h3>Other engagements:</h3>
<p>Wilco Tuinman is an amateur ornithologist. He has been studying birds for all his life.</p>
