P.A.R.K. 4DTV, founded in 1991 by four artists, is an Amsterdam-based organization that specializes in one thing: every night P.A.R.K. 4DTV broadcasts a 60 minute television-art piece made by one artist. The works vary from computer-generated abstract work (including pure noise) to ultra hard-core reality tv. Moving paintings. Bombardments of electrons. Adult stuff. Kid stuff. Their programs are sometimes exciting, sometimes boring, but always art.

Apart from their daily broadcast in Amsterdam, they have weekly programs in Rotterdam, New York and Berlin. P.A.R.K. 4DTV has collaborated with a number of public and commercial TV-stations around the world, and their tapes have been shown in museums, galleries, bars and theatres.
P.A.R.K4DTV stimulates the production of good television-art by creating platforms that are interesting and valuable to both the artist and the audience. They work together with local public access channels (like SALTO, Amsterdam and MNN, New York) as well as with national and international broadcasting stations (MTVEurope, RTL, VPRO).
