Alessandro Ludovico (IT) is an artist, writer and editor in chief of Neural.

Alessandro Ludovico is a media critic and editor in chief of Neural magazine since 1993, for which he received a honorary mention of the Prix Ars Electronica 2004. He writes essays on digital culture and he co-edited Mag.Net Reader. Alessandro is one of the founding contributors of the Nettime community, and also one of the founders of the Mag.Net organisation (Electronic Cultural Publishers). He teaches at the Academy of Art in Carrara, Italy and was a research fellow at the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam. Since 2005, he collaborates with Ubermorgen and Paolo Cirio on Google Will Eat Itself and the Amazon Noir project, in conceptually conspiring against the smartest marketing techniques of major online corporations.


Alessandro Ludovico has participated in several V2_ events, among them the 2006 TANGENT_CONSPIRACY, the 2007 Zone_V2_ exhibition in Taipei or the 2010 Test_Lab: Tools for Propaganda.
