Christine Sehnaoui

Christine Sehnaoui (LB/FR) is a saxofone player.

Living in Paris, Christine Sehnaoui is from Lebanese origins. When she discovered improvised music, Sehnaoui decided started to focus on sound experimentation on the alto saxophone. Her main musical partners include Sharif Sehnaoui, Michel Waisvisz and Mazen Kerbaj. She also has a large background in playing improvised free jazz music. Besides working with other free jazz/improv artists like Stéphane Rives, Quentin Dubost and Agnès Palier she also performed with various orchestras and co-organizes the annual Irtijal festival in Lebanon.
