Radio on Archiving
The V2_ radio show on Operator Radio of 13 October 2022 featured 'accidental archivist' Victoria Douka-Doukopoulou. She tells about her research into the free improv orchestra MIMEO and the work of Dutch musician, composer and instrument-builder Cor Fuhler. She dived into the archives of V2_ and Sonic Acts, where she unearthed live recordings from 1999 and 2006.
The V2_ radio show on Operator Radio of 8 December 2022 was dedicated to 'archiving unstable media art'. Arie Altena (V2_), and Katía Truijen read from their e-mail exchange, and Kiki Lennaerts (Beeld en Geluid) contributed her thoughts on 'Anticipating Obsolescence'.
