Before you visit us, please read our policy below to find out what steps we've taken and what we expect from you.
Your safety and that of our staff is paramount. We’re following the guidelines of the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment and the Dutch Museums Association to make your visit as safe as possible. We are therefore allowing a maximum of 18 visitors inside at a time. You’ll need to book and pay (where applicable) in advance.
– Only visit if you feel healthy.
– Come alone or with members of your household.
– Book in advance.
– Sanitize your hands using the gel provided at the entrance.
– If you have to cough or sneeze, do it on the inside of your elbow; don't cover your mouth with your hand.
– Maintain a 1.5-meter (five-foot) distance from our staff and other visitors and avoid physical contact.
– In line with distancing policy, the coat rack is currently unavailable.
– Follow the instructions and signposting in our building.
– We're employing new hygiene measures and cleaning high-touch surfaces including staircase railings, elevator buttons and door handles several times a day.
– The toilet is available and is being thoroughly cleaned several times a day during opening hours.
– Hand sanitizer gel is available at various points in the gallery.
– A member of staff is always present in the gallery to ensure appropriate distancing where necessary.
