Exhibition of the Dutch Electronic Art Festival of 2000, the theme was Machine Times.

The DEAF_00 exhibition featured recent interactive art works that dealt with the notion of time in an inventive, witty, and iconoclastic way. Visitors could interact with the machines and become manipulators of time by expanding, bending, stopping, derailing and compressing it.

"tx-transform" (2000) is an interactive installation by Martin Reinhart and Virgil Widrich.

"Panoramic Acceleration" (1999) is an interactive installation by Marnix de Nijs.
'Twilight of the Second Hand, MAKING THE WORLD SAFE FOR PIEZOELECTRICITY, part 2' (2000) is an installation by Ron Kuivila.
"Ride the Byte" (1999) is an interactive work by ART+COM which shows the complex structure of the Internet.
ART+COM is a Berlin-based multidisciplinary organization focused on new forms of interactions.
