Plone Conference 2010

V2_'s software architects are attending at the Plone conference in Bristol where the community discusses the latest developments and possibilities of the open-source content management system which forms also the base of V2_'s website.

The project has been actively developed since 2001, is available in more than 40 languages, and has the best security track record of any major CMS.

Plone conference 2010

Come along and hear talks from a variety of community members. There will be over fifty scheduled talks running across four parallel tracks on the first two days of the conference, with talks for those new to Plone, designers, integrators, and experienced Plone developers.

Fine-tuning Plone for Cultural Organizations

Modern websites rather than being seen as isolated islands are understood as nodes in larger networks. It is increasingly important to keep an active interaction with networks. Several organizations are struggling with limited resources in order to keep up with multiple networks leading to what has been called as network fatigue. We have developed a new Plone product that uses the content types in order to automatically publish relevant content in a format that is understood by the respective networks.
